Conventional high-pressure hoses are reinforced with steel wire or bulky textile braid[cite: 3]. They are too heavy for drone flight — suspended hose weight quickly consumes the payload budget[cite: 3]. SkyHose 10 uses high-tensile aramid fibre, giving a full 190 bar working pressure at a fraction of the weight, and stainless steel quick-connects for rapid deployment.
